    The recently refurbished Superior Room offered excellent bathroom facilities and ample space. The pool and sauna area proved to be enjoyable, although the pool temperature was a bit cold for family swimming. On the downside, the lack of a telephone in the room was inconvenient, and the breakfast prices were higher than expected for a simple meal.

    we were in berlin for 3 days, had very very good stay, the hotel was clean with incredible location close to the fantastic zoo. the provided breakfast was wonderful and tasty with extra coffee, seafood, an amazing food. the staff was exceptionally helpful and especially helpful providing assistance.

    Really good, really good, really good.

    The live piano music at the bar created such a cozy and charming atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the spa and wellness center, complete with a fantastic sauna and steam room, was the perfect retreat to relax and rejuvenate 🎹💆‍♀️

    The hotel was 1st class and perfectly clean with service-minded and outstandingly helpful staff at the reception desk. Good bread, bangers, bacon and meats, overall the breakfast was tasty. The property was centrally located not too far from a famous West Berlin thoroughfare.

    Views were very very bad.

    My Junior Suite surpassed expectations with its cozy ambiance and excellent location near the zoo. The pool area felt inviting, even if crowded. Don't miss the nearby cafes for good local cuisine! Remember to check pool hours ahead of your visit for a seamless experience.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the charming decor and spacious public areas, not only aesthetically pleasing but also very accessible was nice. The staff were attentive and were pretty good too assist me .
